BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:

DESCRIPTION: A 5 ñ acre tract of land generally located 1/10 of a mile west of Buckner Tarsney Road on the south side of Allen Road more specifically described as:

A TRACT OF LAND IN THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 15, TOWNSHIP 50, RANGE 30 IN JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI DESCRIBED AS FOLLOWS: COMMENCING AT THE NORTHEAST CORNER OF SAID QUARTER SECTION; THEN SOUTH 89 51'52" WEST ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION, 503.68 FEET FOR A TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING; THEN SOUTH 0 08'16" WEST, 898.21 FEET; THEN SOUTH 89 51'52" WEST, 250 FEET; THEN NORTH 0 08'16" EAST, 898.21 FEET TO A POINT ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION; THEN NORTH 89 51'52" EAST ON THE NORTH LINE OF SAID QUARTER SECTION, 250 FEET TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING EXCEPT THE NORTH 20 FEET NOW IN ALLEN ROAD.

The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Jerrold Snead Sr. (RZ-99-147), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on March 18, 1999, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
