IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE setting December 2, 1996, as the date for submission of the fiscal year 1997 budget by the County Executive. Intro ORDINANCE #2597, October 21, 1996 INTRODUCED BY Victor E. Callahan, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, Section 530. of the Jackson County Code, 1984, requires the County Executive to submit the recommended budget for fiscal year 1997 by November 15, 1996; and, WHEREAS, the County Executive has requested the date for submission of the recommended budget be extended to December 2, 1996, to allow additional time for finalizing and printing the recommended budget; therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the County Executive shall submit the recommended budget for fiscal year 1997 to the Legislature no later than December 2, 1996. Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
