WHEREAS, the County did, by Resolution 12580, dated March 15, 1999, enter into a contract with List & Clark Construction Company of Overland Park, KS, in the amount of $134,983.00, for the Longview Golf Cart Path Replacement, Phase III Project, No. 2393; and,
WHEREAS, all work contemplated by the original contract has been completed and is fully acceptable to the County; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make final payment on the contract in the amount of $2,000...Attorney
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
