BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

A 10 ± acre tract of land generally located ½ mile west of Buckner-Tarsney Road on the south side of Stony Point School Road and more specifically described as:

COMMENCING AT THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 48,RANGE 30 IN JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREE, 47 MINUTES, 14 SECONDS WEST, 1313.88 FEET ALONG THE WEST LINE OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 48, RANGE 30 TO THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 10, THENCE SOUTH 87 DEGREES, 33 MINUTES, 58 SECONDS EAST, 664.60 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE NORTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SAID SECTION 10, TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF, SAID ALSO BEING THE NORTHWEST CORNER OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER OF SECTION 10, TOWNSHIP 48, RANGE 30, SAID CORNER BEING THE TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING OF THIS DESCRIPTION; THENCE CONTINUING SOUTH 87 DEGREES, 33 MINUTES, 58 SECONDS EAST, 664.60 FEET ALONG THE NORTH LINE OF THE NORTHEAST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHWEST QUARTER OF THE SOUTHEAST QUARTER TO THE NORTHEAST CORNER THEREOF; THENCE SOUTH 01 DEGREE, 51 MINUTES, 26 SECONDS WEST, 656.99 FEET ALONG THE EAST LINE OF THE NORTHE...
