BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:

A 20.5ñ acre tract of land generally located 1/4ñ mile north of Missouri Route FF (Truman Road) on the east side of Holloway Road specifically all that part of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 7, Township 49, Range 29, in Jackson County, Missouri, described as follows: Beginning at the Northwest corner of the Northwest 1/4 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section 7; thence South 88 30'39" East along the North line of said Northwest 1/4, 755.00 feet; thence 0 41'57" West, 330.49 feet; thence South 88 30'39" East, 25.00 feet; thence South 0 41'57" West, 871.29 feet thence North 88 30'39" West, 780.00 feet to the West line of said Northwest 1/4; thence North 0 41'57" East along said West line 1201.78 feet to the Point of Beginning, exclusive of road-right-of-way.


Section 2. The preliminary plat "Deer Ridge," creating a four- lot residential subdivision, is hereby approved.
