BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description:
A 5.14 ± acre tract of land generally located less than ½ of a mile east of Murphy School Road on the north side of Truman Road and specifically described:
A Tract of land being located in the Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 12, Township 49 North, Range 29 West of the 5th P.M., Jackson County, Missouri being described as follows:
Commencing at the Southwest Corner of said Southwest 1/4, Southeast 1/4, thence S88°57'32"E along the South Line of said Southwest 1/4, Southeast 1/4, a distance of 578.07 feet; thence N00°49'12"E, 40.00 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING, and a point on the North Right of Truman Road; thence continuing N00°49'12"E, 89.07 feet; thence N32°29'15"E, 160.00 feet; thence N00°49'12"E, 1057.95 feet to the North line of said Southwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4; thence S88°58'34" E along said North Line, a distance of 166.00 feet, thence S00°489'12"W, 1283.58 feet to the North Right of Way of said Truman Road; thence N 88°57'32" W along said North Right of Way, a distance of 250.00 feet the True Point of Beginning.
