IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an Easement Agreement with the City of Independence. Intro RESOLUTION # 11113, January 2, 1996 INTRODUCED BY Fred Arbanas, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, by Resolution 9754 dated May 10, 1993, Jackson County and the City of Independence entered into an Agreement permitting the City of Independence to install, operate and maintain an underground sanitary sewer main in a portion of Little Blue Trace Park at 39th and Selsa Road; and, WHEREAS, an alternate sewer line location is now necessary in order to make construction easier and reduce project impact on County property; and, WHEREAS, upon the granting of an easement in this alternate location, the City will releas the easement authorized by Reslution 9754; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute an easement agreement with the City of Independence, to carry out the above stated purposes in a form as approved by the County Counselor...Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
