Body
WHEREAS, the Family Court Division has requested a reallocation of anticipated savings in personal services accounts due to eliminated positions to cover estimated shortfalls in contractual services and supplies accounts; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is necessary to reallocate the funds; and

WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 2007 Anti-Drug Sales Tax Fund:
