Body
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1998 General Fund is necessary in order to fund one volunteer coordinator/attorney position for the office of the Guardian Ad Litem for the Family Court Division to be performed on a contractual basis; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1998 General Fund:
