BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:
The 3.4 ± acres are approximately ¾ of a mile north of U.S. Highway 24 on the south side of Blue Mills Road and specifically described as a tract of land located in part of the south half of Section 16, Township 50 north, Range 31 west, Jackson County, Missouri and being more particularly described as follows: commencing at the southeast corner of the west half of the southeast quarter of said Section 16; thence along the south line of said Section 16, north 87?42'30" west, 975.09 feet; thence leaving the south line of said Section 16, north 11?19'11" west, 716.10 feet, to the point of beginning; thence from the point of beginning, south 89?38'12" west, 353.02 feet; thence north 00?04'42" east, 441.67 feet, to a point on the southerly right-of-way line of Blue Mills Road; thence along said southerly right-of-way line, along a curve to the right 100.93 feet, having a curve radius of 532.93 feet, having a tangent bearing of north 66?46'50" east; thence north 77?37'54" east, 159.19 feet; thence leaving said southerly right-of-way line, south 11?19'11" east, 514.34 feet, to the point of beginning, and contains 3.34 acres, more or less, aka...
