BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:

The 22.46 acres is generally located east of the intersection of Al Gossett Road and Lorenze Road and described as follows: All that part of Section 16, Township 47, Range 29 Jackson County, Missouri Described as follows: Beginning at the East 1/4 corner of said Section 16; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 00 seconds East along the East line of said Section 16, 1801.08 feet; thence South 89 degrees 50 minutes 59 seconds West 905.75 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 39 seconds West, 1328.21 feet; thence South 62 degrees 01 minutes 14 seconds East 277.02 feet; thence South 00 degrees 00 minutes 39 seconds West, 437.98 feet; thence North 51 degrees 03 minutes 16 seconds West 828.86 feet, to a point 40 feet East of the West line, East «, Northeast 1/4 of said Section 16, said line also being 40 feet East of the centerline of Al Gossett Road; thence North 00 degrees 00 minutes 39 seconds East, along said right of way line, 473.63 feet to a point of curvature; thence Northwesterly, continuing along said right of way and on a curve to the left having a radius of 210.00 feet and tangent to the last described course, an a...
