Body
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 3763, dated May 1, 2006, the County did authorize an increase to the compensation of Board of Equalization; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to fund said increase; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
