WHEREAS, it has become necessary, in connection with the Fields Road Bridge Replacement Project, No. 2314, to relocate certain waterline facilities; and,
WHEREAS, to effect this relocation, the County and the Public Water Supply District #16, have negotiated the attached agreement, with costs of relocation to be paid by the County in the amount of $2,887.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the attached agreement is hereby approved and that the County Executive is hereby authorized to execute the agreement on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract...Fiscal Note
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
