A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute renewal agreements for certain environmental health services with the cities of Levasy, Raytown, Sibley and Unity Village, for compensation payable to the County.

INTRODUCED BY Bob Spence, County Legislator

 

 

Body

WHEREAS, the County desires to provide certain environmental services pertaining to Food Establishment Inspections, On Site Sewage Disposal and Animal Control Services; and,

 

WHEREAS, the cities of Levasy, Raytown, Sibley and Unity Village, MO, desire the County to provide said services; and,

 

WHEREAS, such services are in accordance with section 192.300 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Missouri; now therefore,

 

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be, and is hereby authorized to execute the attached agreements to provide certain environmental services, for compensation payable to Jackson County.

 

Enacted and Approved

Effective Date:  This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
