WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary in order to cover a grant received for entertainment and interpretive activity at the 2001 Missouri Town Fall Festival funded by the Missouri Arts Council; therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the unappropriated surplus of the 2001 Grant Fund be and hereby is made:
