IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title AN ORDINANCE setting November 20, 1995, as the date for submission of the fiscal year 1996 budget by the County Executive. Intro ORDINANCE #2483, October 30, 1995 INTRODUCED BY James D. Tindall, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, Section 530. of the Jackson County Code, 1984, requires the County Executive to submit the recommended budget for fiscal year 1996 by November 15, 1995; and, WHEREAS, the County Executive has requested the date for submission of the recommended budget be extended to November 20, 1995, to allow additional time for finalizing and printing the recommended budget; therefore, BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the County Executive shall submit the recommended budget for fiscal year 1996 to the Legislature no later than November 20, 1995. Attorney Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
