WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 83-01 for the furnishing of pre-employment medical and psychological exams for use by the Corrections Department; and,
WHEREAS, he has received as the lowest three bids thereon bids from the following:

WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Purchasing Director recommends that the contract be awarded to Industrial Medical Centers, Inc., of Kansas City, MO, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best bid; therefore,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
