Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Legal Description: A 28 ñ acre tract of land generally located north and approximately 1/4 mile east of Borgman Road lying in the Southeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 6, Township 49 North, Range 29 West of the 5th P.M., Jackson County, Missouri being described as follows:

Beginning at the Southwest Corner of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4; thence N01 32'23"E along the West Line of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4, a distance of 1331.17 feet to the Northwest Corner of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4; thence S88 05'44"E along the North line of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4, a distance of 918.77 feet; thence S01 55'12"W, 1330.50 feet to the South Line of said SE 1/4, SE 1/4; thence N88 08'08"W along said South Line, a distance of 909.94 feet to the Point of Beginning.

Section 2. The preliminary plat "Eagle's Rest," creating a 5-lot residential subdivision, is hereby approved.
Section 3. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of LeRoy Campbell (RZ-98-119), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on August 20, 1998, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter...
