RESOLUTION # 10909, July 24, 1995

Body
WHEREAS, the County desires to purchase Outboard Marine Corp./Johnson parts for use by the Parks a d Recreation Department; and,

WHEREAS, the Director of Purchasing pursuant to Section 1040.05 of the Jackson County Code, 1984 r commends the desired parts under from Outboard Marine Corporation of Waukegan, IL, an existing sta e of Missouri government contract; and,

WHEREAS, Section 1064.00, Jackson County Code, 1984 requires that for any such purchase in excess f $5,000, the Director of Purchasing shall submit the purchase to the County Legislature for appro al; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the purchase under the e isting government contract be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchas ng Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the purchase; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Revenue is authorized to make all payme ts, including final payments on the contract.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of he Legislature.
