WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to make available unexpended, unencumbered funds from the Family Court's FY 2002 budget to provide supplemental funding for the Family Court's capital improvement program; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this appropriation as an amendment to her proposed 2003 Jackson County budget; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
