Body
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 1997 General Fund is necessary in order to fund two part-time assistant prosecuting attorney positions and eliminate one full-time assistant prosecuting attorney position for the Family Support Division; and,

WHEREAS, the County Executive has recommended said transfer; therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be made within the 1997 General Fund:
