IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI

AN ORDINANCE transferring $166,400.00 within the 2022 Special Road & Bridge Fund to cover the increased cost of gasoline for use by the Public Works Department.

WHEREAS, due to the unanticipated rise in fuel prices, the Public Works Department projects a need for additional funds to enable the purchase of unleaded and diesel fuel for the remainder of 2022; and,

WHEREAS, a transfer is needed to place the funds necessary for the purchase of fuel in the proper spending account; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2022 Special Road & Bridge Fund be and hereby is made:
