BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "AGp" (Agricultural-Planned) and "AG" (Agricultural) Districts, so that there will be transferred from District AGp to District AG a 161.00? tract of land located at 3004 N. Miller Drive in Jackson County, MO, legally described as follows:

Description:
All of the Southeast Quarter of Section 11, Township 50, Range 31,
Also,
A tract of land situated in the Southwest Quarter of Section 12, Township 50, Range 31,
described as follows: Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Southwest Quarter;
thence North 89 degrees 15 minutes 24 seconds East, along the South line of said
Southwest Quarter, 193.00 feet to the centerline of Miller Drive; thence North 12 degrees 07 minutes 28 seconds East, along said centerline, 266.70 feet; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 24 seconds West, 30.77 feet; thence North 12 degrees 07 minutes 28 seconds East, 76.91 feet; thence South 89 degrees 15 minutes 24 seconds West to the West line of said Southwest Quarter; thence South 0 degrees 08 minutes 27 seconds East, along said West line, 355.00 to point of beginning.
