BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

A 25.6 ± acre tract of land approximately ¼ ± of a mile east of Noel Road on the south side of Lone Jack-Lee's Summit Road and specifically described: This is a Replat of Lots 7 and 8 of Milissa Acres 2nd Plat and a portion of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 47, Range 30 described as follows:

Beginning at the Northwest corner of Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 47, Range 30, Jackson County, Missouri; thence North 89 degrees 59 minutes 38 seconds east along the North line of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter, North 87 degrees 55 minutes 41 seconds East a distance of 852.56 feet to a point lying 471.85 feet West of the Northeast corner of said Northwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14; thence South 00 degrees 52 minutes 24 seconds East (deed reads), North 00 degrees 44 minutes 26 seconds East (deed reads), a distance of 108.38 feet; thence North 89 degrees 38 minutes 49 seconds West (deed reads), North 89 degrees ...
