Body
WHEREAS, the City of Independence has requested permission from County to install, operate, and maintain a stormwater transmission main across the Little Blue River Trace Park for the Hartman Center Development; and,
WHEREAS, to effect this construction, the City and the County have negotiated the attached agreement; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached agreement on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
