WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the cost of two new staff members at the Sheriff's Department; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends this appropriation as an amendment to her proposed 2002 annual county budget; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be and hereby is made:
