WHEREAS, the Director of Finance and Purchasing has solicited bids on Electronic Solicitation No. BB200753 for the furnishing of golf course chemicals for use by the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, a total of twenty-nine (29) notifications were distributed and ten responses were received; and,
WHEREAS, following evaluation of the bids submitted, the Director of Finance and Purchasing recommends that the contract be divided and awarded to the vendors submitting the lowest bid for each item; and,
WHEREAS, award as recommended would result in awards to the following vendors:
