Body
WHEREAS, by Resolution 10999, dated October 23, 1995, the Legislature did declare certain County personal property as surplus and authorize its disposal by way of auction; and,
WHEREAS, the County has certain additional personal property, itemized on the attached documentation, that has become excess property; and,
WHEREAS, the Jackson County Purchasing Director has declared this property surplus; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the Director of Purchasing is hereby authorized to dispose of surplus property as itemized in the attached documentation, copies of which are attached and incorporated herein by reference, to the highest bidder, by way of auction.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
