IN THE COUNTY LEGISLATURE OF JACKSON COUNTY, MISSOURI Title A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute an Agreement for Environmental and Animal Control Services with the City of Grain Valley, Missouri. Intro RESOLUTION 12325, August 31, 1998 INTRODUCED BY John C. Graham, County Legislator Body WHEREAS, the City of Grain Valley desires to enter into an agreement with the County for Environmental and Animal Control Services; and, WHEREAS, the County has provided and desires to continue to provide to the City certain Environmental and Animal Control Services for specified compensation; and, WHEREAS, the Public Works Director has now requested that the attached Agreement for Environmental and Animal Control Services with the City of Grain Valley, be approved; now therefore, BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Agreement for Environmental and Animal Control Services with the City of Grain Valley...Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
