Body
WHEREAS, by Ordinance 3817, dated September 25, 2006, the Legislature did approve the issuance of Jackson County, Missouri, Public Building Corporation Leasehold Improvement Revenue Bonds for the purpose of funding certain road and bridge projects within the City of Kansas City, MO; and,
WHEREAS, the attached Cooperative Agreement sets out the conditions for the use of bond funds appropriated by Ordinance 3817 for the City of Kansas City CURS projects; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute the attached Cooperative Agreement with the City of Kansas City, MO, on behalf of the County.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
