BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
DESCRIPTION: A 7 ñ acre tract of land generally located 1 « mile west of Missouri Route H on the south side of Old Pink Hill Road and specifically described as lying in the Northwest 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 and the West « of the Northeast 1/4 of the Southeast 1/4 of Section 19, Township 49, Range 29, Jackson County, Missouri is the East 7.07 Acres of a tract of land recorded in Document No. I 1357638, Book I2716, Page 1952, and described as follows: Commencing at the Northwest corner of said Southeast 1/4 (as established on the recorded plat of FAMILY ESTATES); Thence South 1 53'15" West, 6.0 feet to a point in Old Pink Hill Road; Thence South 84 09'21" East along the centerline of said road, 794.71 feet to the Northwest corner of the tract of land described in Document No. I 1357638; thence continuing South 84 09'21" East along said centerline, 275.67 feet; thence North 89 07'01"East along said centerline, 119.01 feet to the POINT OF BEGINNING; Thence South 0 07'51" East, 1237.96 feet to a point on the South line of the North « of said Southeast 1/4; Thence South 88 47'23" East along said South line, 149.34 feet to the appropriate centerline of Sni-A-Bar Creek; (following 4 courses being along last said centerline) Thence North 11 08'26" East, 84.54 feet; Thence North 16 0...
