Title
A RESOLUTION authorizing the Chairman of the Legislature to execute an Agreement with CRA, Inc., of Vienna, VA, for the furnishing of a comprehensive performance audit of the Jackson County Department of Corrections, pursuant to the terms and conditions of Request for Qualifications 61-16, at a cost to the County not to exceed $300,000.00, subject to appropriation in the 2017 budget.

WHEREAS, the Legislature has determined that it is in the County's best interest to retain an independent, comprehensive, performance audit to review the operations, staff, structure, and facilities of the Jackson County Department of Corrections; and,
WHEREAS, by Request for Qualifications (RFQ) No. 61-16, the Director of Finance and Purchasing did solicit the submission of qualifications from firms interested in providing this audit; and,
WHEREAS, the Director distributed eighty-five notifications and received five responses thereon, one of which was rejected as non-responsive, with the four remaining respondents evaluated as follows:
