BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:
Description:

The 10 ± acres are approximately 1/10th of a mile north of Blue Mills Road on the right side of Lentz Road and legally described as: this is a replat of Lot 1 of "STONEY BLUFFS, LOTS 1 & 2", a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri, more particularly described as follows: Beginning at the Northeast corner of said Lot 1; thence S 02?19'46" W along the East line of said Lot 1, also being the East line of the SE ¼ of the NE ¼ of Section 15, Township 50 North, Range 31 West, a distance of 425.51 feet to the Southeast corner of said Lot 1; thence N 87?55'28" W along the South Line of said Lot 1, a distance of 1291.41 feet to the Southwest corner of said Lot 1; thence N 02?21'06" E along the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 210.00 feet to the Northwest corner of said Lot 1; thence S 87?55'28" E along the North line of said Lot 1, a distance of 509.42 feet to a corner of said Lot 1; thence N 34?30'50" W along the West line of said Lot 1, a distance of 250.67 feet to a point on the existing Southerly right of way line of Lentz Road; thence Northeasterly along said existing right of way line along a curve to the left with...
