Body
WHEREAS, the County is in need of appraisal services in connection with the potential acquisition of the 200 South Main Building located in Independence, Missouri; and,
WHEREAS, the County desires to enter into agreements with Rogers M. McCrae & Co. and Campbell Appraisal Company, copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein, whereby Rogers M. McCrae & Co. and Campbell Appraisal Company will each provide a Final Appraisal Report to the County; and,
WHEREAS, the aggregate cost to the County under these agreements is $3,100.00; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri that the Appraisal Agreements are hereby approved and that the County Executive is authorized to execute the Agreements on behalf of the County; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Manager of the Division of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contracts.
Attorney Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
