Body
WHEREAS, the County Administrator recommends an Intergovernmental Cooperative Agreement with the City of Kansas City, MO, to provide for a market value analysis of all residential neighborhoods in Jackson County and those in the City of Kansas City's portion of Clay and Platte Counties; and,

WHEREAS, this analysis will be performed by Reinvestment Fund, a Philadelphia, PA-based community development financial institution experienced in these matters; and,

WHEREAS, the information produced will allow the Assessment Department to better classify residential property into smaller neighborhood groupings based on underlying property market valuations and analyses of comparable real estate markets within and in between neighborhoods; and,

WHEREAS, the total cost of this project is $105,712.00, of which the County's share is $63,427.20, for which a transfer is required; now therefore,

BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer within the 2020 Assessment Fund be and hereby is made:
