WHEREAS, the Sheriff(s Office desires to purchase a new patrol vehicle from an existing County term and supply vendor; and,

WHEREAS, in order to fund this purchase, an appropriation is necessary; now therefore,

BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation from the undesignated fund balance of the 2019 Federal Equitable Sharing Fund be and hereby is made:
