Body
WHEREAS, the Parks and Recreation Department, Public Works Department, and Family Court have certain surplus vehicles and equipment, further described and itemized in the lists attached hereto marked as Exhibits "A-E," that have become unusable and obsolete; and,
WHEREAS, the surplus vehicles and equipment will be scheduled for public sale through Affiliated Auctioneers, LLC; now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the above-described property from the Parks and Recreation Department, Public Works Department, and Family Court , be declared surplus, and that the Director of Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to dispose of it pursuant to Chapter 11, Jackson County Code, 1984.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
