BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:

A 10 + acre tract of land generally located less than 1/2 mile South of Pink Hill Road on the West side of Old Pink Hill road lying in the Southwest quarter of the Northwest quarter of Section 19, Township 49, Range 29 and more fully described: beginning at a point on the South line of the NW 1/4 of Section 19, Township 49N, Range 29W, being North 88 degrees, 18 minutes, 43 seconds West 1256.70 feet from the center of said Section 19, thence North 88 degrees, 18 minutes, 43 seconds West along said South line 756.25 feet, thence North 01 degrees, 30 minutes, 14 seconds East along a line parallel with the East line of the West half of the NW 1/4 of said Section 19, a distance of 576 feet; thence South 88 degrees, 18 minutes, 43 seconds East 756.25 feet to a point on the East line of the West half of the NW 1/4 of said Section 19; thence South 01 degree, 30 minutes, 14 seconds West along said East line 576.00 feet to the point of beginning.




Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Larry Carnahan (RZ-96-031), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission favorably recommended this application in a public hearing on June 20, 1996, doe...
