Body
WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has solicited formal written bids on Bid No. 28-04 for the furnishing of automotive electronic supplies for use by the Public Works and Parks and Recreation Departments; and,

WHEREAS, he has received as the only two bids thereon, bids from the following:
VENDOR
CTW Electrical Co., Inc.
Greenwood, IN

O'Reilly Auto Parts
Springfield, MO


and,

WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director has recommended that award be made to CTW Electrical Co., Inc., of Greenwood, IN, for the reason that it has submitted the lowest and best overall bid as set forth in the attached recapitulation and analysis; therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County a contract with CTW Electrical Co., Inc., of Greenwood, IN; and,

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract, to the extent that sufficient appropriations to the using spending agency are contained in the current Jackson County budget.


Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
