BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: The 10 ñ acre tract is approximately 1/4 ñ mile south of Hendricks Road on the east side of Hutt Road and more specifically described all that part of the north 220 acres of the south half of Section 25, Township 47, Range 30 in Jackson County, Missouri described as follows: Commencing at the NW Corner of the SW 1/4 of said Section 25; thence S 02 09 '22" W along the west line of said section 1302.0 feet to the true Point of Beginning; thence continuing S 02 09' 22" W along said West line 504 feet to the SW Corner of the North 220 Acres of the S « of said Section 25; thence N 88 23' 53" E, along said south line 856.12 feet; thence N 02 08' 26" E 505.90 feet; thence S 88 16' 12" W 856.12 feet to the true point of beginning.

Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Jason Conover (RZ-97-067), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on May 15, 1997, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning...Attorney
