AN ORDINANCE amending the districts established by the Jackson County Zoning Order by changing from A-1(Mobile Home) to RU (Residential Urban), a certain two-lot tract.

Body
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the A-1(Mobile Home) District and the "RU" (Residential Urban) District so that there will be transferred from District A-1 to District RU a tract of land described as follows:
Legal Description:
Description: Lots 58 and 59 within the Countryside West Subdivision, 3rd Plat lying in the north half of Section 34, Township 49, Range 31 in Jackson County, Missouri.
Section 2. The Legislature, pursuant to the application of Everett Jarnagin (RZ-98-110), requesting the amendment embodied in this ordinance and with notice that the Jackson County Plan Commission unanimously recommended this application in a public hearing on June 18, 1998, does adopt this ordinance pursuant to the Jackson County Charter authorizing the Legislature to exercise legislative power pertaining to planning and zoning.

Effective Date: This Ordinance shall be effective immediately upon its signature by the County Executive.
