BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 81.7 ± acre tract of land generally located north of the west bound lane of U.S. Highway 50 on the west side of Ragsdale Road and specifically described as:

A part of the North half of Section 20, Township 47, Range 29, Jackson County, Missouri described as follows:

Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Northwest Quarter of said Section 20; thence North 02 degrees 09 minutes 20 seconds East along the East line of said Quarter-Section, 388.45 feet (MODOT plans & plat = 389.00 feet) to the Point of Beginning; thence North 87 degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds West along the North line of RAGSDALE CORNERS LOT 1, a subdivision in Jackson County, Missouri, 450.00 feet; thence South 02 degrees 09 minutes 20 seconds West along the West line of said plat, 220.00 feet to a point on the North right of way line of U.S. Route 50; thence North 87 degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds West along said right of way line, 309.71 feet; thence South 84 degrees 50 minutes 57 seconds West along said right of way line, 100.84 feet; thence North 87 degrees 44 minutes 38 seconds West along said right of way line, 300.00 feet; thence North 65 degrees 06 minutes 37 seconds West along said right...
