WHEREAS, the Purchasing Director solicited formal written bids on Electronic Solicitation No. BB200413 for the furnishing of boats for use by the Parks and Recreation Department; and,
WHEREAS, after evaluation of the bids submitted, the Purchasing Director has recommended that the contract be split and awarded to the lowest bidder on each item; and,
WHEREAS, awards as recommended would result in actual awards to the respective bidders as follows:

TMBC, LLC. $18,210.00
Springfield, MO One 30' pontoon boat
Play Craft Boats $56,610.00
Richland, MO Six 24' pontoon boats
Blue Springs Marine $7,100.00
Blue Springs, MO Four 16' Sea Nymphs
Total $81,920.00
now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, award be made as recommended by the Purchasing Director, and that the Purchasing Director be, and is hereby, authorized to execute for the County any documents necessary to the accomplishment of the award; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of the Department of Finance is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the contract.

Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
