Body
WHEREAS, the Parks + Rec Department has a need to install a new irrigation system at the Fred Arbanas Golf Course and the Frank White, Jr. Sports Complex as the existing plumbing is now forty years old and showing significant signs of deterioration; and,

WHEREAS, the scope of the project includes the design and installation of a new irrigation system on the championship course, par 3 course, driving range, putting green, entry and clubhouse areas within the Fred Arbanas Golf Course and the Frank White, Jr. Sports Complex; and,

WHEREAS, the Interim Director of Finance and Purchasing solicited bids from qualified respondents for the furnishing of all drawings, labor, materials, equipment, and other services necessary to install such irrigation systems on Invitation to Bid No. 25-047; and,




WHEREAS, a total of five (5) responses were received and evaluated from the following:
