BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR, a tract of land described as follows:

The 10 ± acres are located at the southwest corner of Galvin Road, and Atherton-Sibley Road and specifically described as all that part of the east half of the north 20 acres of the east half of the northwest quarter of Section 33, Township 51, Range 30, more particularly described as:
Description: Commencing at the northeast corner of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 33; thence south 03?27'13" west along the east line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 33 a distance of 659.01 feet; thence north 87?21'24" west parallel to the north line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 33 a distance of 660.33 feet; thence north 03?25'59" east a distance of 659.01 feet to a point on the north line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 33; thence south 87?21'24" east along the north line of the northeast quarter of the northwest quarter of said Section 33 a distance of 660.56 feet to the Point of Beginning, aka 29813 Atherton-Sibley Road.
