A RESOLUTION authorizing the County Executive to execute a Cooperative Agreement with a certain outside agency that provides public health related and other public services to citizens of Jackson County, at an aggregate cost to the County not to exceed $24,000.00.

Body
WHEREAS, the 2025 County budget contains appropriations for outside agency funding for various public health and other public purposes; and,
WHEREAS, it is appropriate that the County Executive be authorized to execute a Cooperative Agreement with the following agency in the respective amounts indicated:

now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED that the County Executive be and hereby is authorized to execute a Cooperative Agreements with the specified agency, in the respective amount indicated, in forms to be approved by the County Counselor; and,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Director of Finance and Purchasing be and hereby is authorized to make all payments, including final payment on the agreement.
Enacted and Approved
Effective Date: This Resolution shall be effective immediately upon its passage by a majority of the Legislature.
