BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, as follows:
Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RR" (Residential Ranchette) District, so that there will be transferred from District A to District RR and legally described as follows:

The 15 ± acres are generally located 1/4 mile north of Lone Jack-Lee's Summit Road on the east side of Shores Road and legally described:
All that part of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 47 North, Range 30 West, in Jackson County, Missouri and being more fully described as follows:
Beginning at a point on the East line of the Northeast Quarter of the Northwest Quarter of Section 13, Township 47 North, Range 30 West, in Jackson County, Missouri, said point being South 02 degrees 10 minutes 46 seconds West (this bearing and all following bearings being Grid North as based on Missouri State Plane Coordinate System, and established by using R.T.K.
