WHEREAS, the Kansas City Board of Election Commissioners has requested an adjustment of compensation for its employees effective January 1, 2005, at the same level granted to the County's employees; and,
WHEREAS, a transfer within the 2005 General Fund is necessary to place the required funds in the proper spending accounts; and,
WHEREAS, the County Executive recommends said transfer; now therefore,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following transfer be and hereby is made:
