BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri as follows:

Section 1. The Zoning Order of Jackson County, Missouri, and the official maps which are a part thereof, are amended by changing the boundaries of the "A" (Agricultural) District and the "RE" (Residential Estates) District so that there will be transferred from District A to District RE a tract of land described as follows:
Description: A 6 ± acre tract of land generally located 1/2 mile east of Hillside School road on the south side of Hudson Road and specifically described as:

A tract of land containing 6.525 acres in the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, Township 48 North, Range 29 West, Jackson County, State of Missouri being more particularly described as follows: Beginning at a point on the North line of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, 1004.33 feet, S88 ?06'16"E from the NW Corner of the NW 1/4 of Section 17; thence continuing along the North line of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, S88?06'16"E, 319.84 feet to a point on the East line of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17; thence along the East line of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, S02?04'17"W, 888.67 feet; thence along a line parallel with the North line of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, N88?06'16"W, 319.84 feet; thence along a line parallel with the East line of the W 1/2 of the NW 1/4 of Section 17, N02?04'17"E, 888.67 feet to the point of beginning. Subject to all public and private roads and easements of record if any.
