WHEREAS, an appropriation is necessary to cover the cost of computer network equipment for use by the Prosecuting Attorney's office; now therefore,
BE IT ORDAINED by the County Legislature of Jackson County, Missouri, that the following appropriation be made from the unappropriated surplus of the 2000 Prosecuting Attorney's Bad Check Collection Fund:
